When I arrived they were having a problem with the room key/card and were having to escort everyone to their rooms. The young lady at the desk was able to maintain a professional attitude through the whole thing. When I returned later the problem had been resolved. The rooms and service were wonderful. Very close to concert I was attending and easy to get to and from. Breakfast was more than what I expected.

One of the best weekends...

Liked: The hotel is near the interstate. The hotel is close to the downtown Dallas and Fair Park (tourist attraction). The receptionist was very friendly. She took time out of her busy day to accommodate us by taking a picture of us. The custodian (lady) was very friendly. She took pride in her work. The breakfast had somethings for everyone. I like yogurt and orange juice, but my husband loves a full breakfast. We were able to enjoy a good breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. The beds were comfortable, and the room was very clean.

Not a satisfying stay

Disliked: The handicap shower was terrible no water pressure couldn't adjust the shower head for a standing person shower hose was zip tied to the pole so u had to break the zip ties to even take the shower head off ice machine is only on one floor for the amount of money you charge it was a very poor stay graded problem a D. We travel alot to Dallas for medical reasons and stay in hotels I would not recommend this one to anyone I would discourage
