When I arrived they were having a problem with the room key/card and were having to escort everyone to their rooms. The young lady at the desk was able to maintain a professional attitude through the whole thing. When I returned later the problem had been resolved. The rooms and service were wonderful. Very close to concert I was attending and easy to get to and from. Breakfast was more than what I expected.

Liked: The room was ok
Disliked: We had to wait like 20 mins to get the room, and we were late to do the check in like 2 hours. Also we were tired, the person in the desk was a little rude, he didn’t offer anything meanwhile we were waiting.
