When I arrived they were having a problem with the room key/card and were having to escort everyone to their rooms. The young lady at the desk was able to maintain a professional attitude through the whole thing. When I returned later the problem had been resolved. The rooms and service were wonderful. Very close to concert I was attending and easy to get to and from. Breakfast was more than what I expected.

very disappointing

Liked: It was spacious
Disliked: There were bed bugs in one of the beds, and they didn't do anything about it... We had to strip the bed ourselves and went to Walmart to buy some bug spray. Then at checkout, the receptionist stole my cash deposit.. she said that it wasn't taken from my credit card but I had added an extended checkout fee and that is what was originally removed.

Disliked: The pool and hot tub were ice cold. When we asked about the hot tub, they said it was a spa tub so it was supposed to be cold.

Good for a night but...

Liked: The location was great, close to shopping and restaurants. Our room was ok. It was clean and in a safe area. The beds were not very comfortable and our toilet didn’t flush completely. The coffee in the lobby was stone cold later in the day and the pool area was below 60 degrees. It looks like there is a hot tub in the pool area when you view their pictures but that too is stone cold despite there being a sign on the wall warning you of the hot temperatures. The front desk called it a spa pool when i asked how to turn on the heat. I have never before seen a bubbling cold spa tub! That was truly disappointing! The breakfast was good and the staff were nice.
Disliked: The cold spa tub, cold coffee in the lobby, uncomfortable bed
