Excellent option to stay at...

Liked: Great breakfast, lots of options.

Superb

Great hotel!

Liked: Great hotel, great customer service, helpful, nice , and attentive to our needs. Rooms were clean and kept clean daily.. Quiet and were able to rest. Would highly recommend this hotel. It also has convenient places like a restaurant, pharmacy, supermarket, and convenient store at walking distance.
Disliked: I can't think of anything.

Will stay again

Liked: Garden at the back and rooms with views over valley. Breakfast included.
Disliked: Has to request a different room as the first one assigned was noisy (first floor facing road).

Liked: It was very clean
Disliked: Room Service food was disgusting, Alfredo Sauce made with the same ham from the eggs, cesar salad was more random than aceptable good, holiday inn should have a food quality standards but try to improve that recipe

Liked: We stayed there two nights on two separate occasions and Raul went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

Liked: The staff here is super supportive & helpful. They tried every way to help & support with the requests made. The greenery around the property is so peaceful.
Disliked: Should have more vegetarian meal options
