The only thing that I was concerned about is when housekeeping comes to your room they tap one time and come in. I believe that they should give some time for the guest to respond before they enter the room. Example situation: I heard the tap on the door and I was approaching the door - before I could answer the door, housekeeping had already let themselves in. Even with this slight situation I have to still rate my stay at Holiday Inn Express very good. I hope I can remember the gentleman's name that waited on us at check in. A shout out goes to Leonard - thank you for your kind service. I don't want to forget all that service at the breakfast bar. Good food!

Liked: The staff was very friendly and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The swimming pool was dirty and falling apart. Items in the bottom of the pool and tiles were falling out of the wall. The second floor was being remodeled but not blocked off, so dust and paint were everywhere.
