Hotel was great. Just expensive cab fare given the route to Mapfre stadium.

Liked: Very great staff and nice room.
Disliked: Far from the MAPFRE Stadium.

The room was the cleanest...

Liked: The breakfast was ok and the coffee was really good.
Disliked: The cinnamon rolls were not like what we usually see at the HIX. Ran out of bananas most days. The egg choices were very plain. Usually there are cheese or vegetable omelets. One day it was an egg only omelet? Did not care for the scrambled eggs.

Disappointing

Liked: The staff was awesome and helpful. The room and outside facilities were very clean.
Disliked: My room didn't have any hot water at all, so my husband and I weren't able to shower the night of our stay and had to take cold showers the morning of our departure. I also was never given a call back by the manager to discuss the situation.
