We had everything we needed and the room was very clean. The breakfast was OK, lots to choose from, but when we arrived at 9am the coffee was out but there were no bowls or napkins - easy fixes - and they did resupply quickly and apologetically after it was brought to their attention. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Liked: Great location. Room was very spacious. Didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool or jacuzzi due to alot of families stayed there this weekend. Overall I enjoyed the stay.

Very disappointed with the management...
Liked: The breakfast was good and the cleaning staff was friendly.
Disliked: We mostly choose this hotel for a fun stay at a hotel with a pool. We were told upon checking in that the pool would be open in the morning at 6am. However when morning came, the staff put a sign saying the pool was temporarily closed. The lady at the front desk said it was under maintenance and would only be closed temporarily. So we waited another hour and a half and checked the pool area. There was still no one working on the pool and the water was completely still. I went back to the desk and asked to speak to the management personnel that posted the closed sign. They just said that per the general manager, the pool was going to be closed all day. We felt as though we had been lied to as the manager on site was clearly preparing for a business leadership meeting and there was no maintenance being down to the pool. The staff member that checked us in the night prior had no knowledge of this closing. There were many guests very disappointed as we saw many people coming down to the pool - dressed and ready to swim - and had to break their children’s hearts because management failed to communicate this anticipated closure. Had we known that the pool was going to be closed on a Sunday when there are lots of guests expected to be at the hotel, we definitely would not have stayed. The price we paid was way too high for just staying the night and not enjoying the amenities of the hotel as expected. We live close by and would have simply just stayed home if we knew this would have happened. I’ve never been so disappointed by hotel management in all of my years of travel. No compensation or any kind of efforts were made to make any amends.

Liked: The breakfast staff were very kind and friendly.The check out staff was also very kind and friendly.
Disliked: Upon arrival, the check in person immediately let us know that the hotel was full... That was odd to me... As soon as we walked in first room, we smelled something very bad! We immediately went to the front desk and the manager came to the room with a can of air freshener. She kept insisting that the room is just cleaned. I have never gone in the hotel room and smelled a foul odor. After the manager walked around the room smelling things and looking inside the appliances, I believe she smelled it too, but didn't admit it and just said we're going to get you a new room... The next room was fine however, this hotel definitely wasn't worth $154! I will never stay there again nor would I ever recommended it to anyone!
