Liked: Clean friendly and safe

We had a pleasant stay.

Liked: Room was clean. Breakfast had plenty of variety. Staff was nice. Complementary cookies were good.
Disliked: Juice machine wasn't working at breakfast. Parking lot was tight making it hard to turn around after checking in. Fire alarm sounded and staff didn't know what to do. No instructions were given to customers.

Not a good stay. Not...

Liked: It was close to the Operation Christmas Child Processing Center
Disliked: The rooms we booked were supposed to be 2 bedrooms suites. It was all one open room with 2 beds and a couch. That is not the same as a 2 bedroom suite. We were misled and overcharged.There was also a soccer team staying the same time - they kept pounding on our door and running away. It was also really loud.

Liked: Property was clean including the lobby area and room. However the green chairs in the lobby across from the front desk had stains on both seat cushions which kinda deters you from wanting to sit down.
Disliked: Area in the lobby between the elevators and dining area is a little small and narrow for passing another guest either coming or going with luggage and holding a child's hand. You have to stop move over and let the other guest pass by or vise versa. The direct TV was out almost an entire day and hardly any signal on your phone even on their WiFi connection. The guests above us I guess had a bunch of kids because you could hear them running and jumping around all night. The pool is nice but I feel you should have unlimited access or at least until 11pm or 12am on Fridays and Saturdays instead of it closing at 10pm daily. Gotta have something to do when traveling with kids and everything else around is closed for the evening and the cable is out. That's why I didn't call the front desk about the guest above us.

Safety concerns.

Liked: Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff in breakfast area kept ffod fresh and continuously cleaned the dining area.
Disliked: The shades on the window were inoperable. They were down and could not be raised. There was what appeared to be a homeless person in the lobby at check in and there was a car on blocks with no wheels in the parking lot when we checked out. The feeling was that it was not a safe place to stay.
