Good. Didn’t like the lack...

Liked: Good assortment of foods
Disliked: The actual space to get the food was crowded. Coffee makers resulted in lines- why not the large carafes similar to the lobby?

Just perfect for one night...

Liked: Breakfast was just perfect with lots of choices and staff was very pleasant
Disliked: The sofa bed was over used and it wasn’t comfortable at all.

Liked: The location is very convinient. The breakfast is great. The rooms are clean. The linens and beds are very soft and comfortable.
Disliked: The tables and towels needs to be cleaned more and washed and inspected.

Liked: The room was very clean.
Disliked: The front desk lady was so unprofessional and Not front desk material. She was looking down when she greeted me never looking up. She could not initially find my reservation, she was looking down as she spoke to me. As if I was not important. I of course showed her my reservation and ID. So, I finally asked why are you acting upset. Because all customers deserve a greeting and a professional greeter. She was so unprofessional I just didn't want to stay there it made me feel uncomfortable. I checked out after only 3 hours. I don't know if you could refund me entirely but I feel like I was not well cared for as a customer paying that amount for the room.Thank you for the opportunity to review. The room was exceptional and clean. But, customer service with the 1 desk person, stunk. Sorry.
