alarm went off at 330...

Liked: great staff clean rooms
Disliked: ear-ringing alarm went off at 330 am and took 30 hours to turn off. no remedy made

Expensive & Freezing Pool

Liked: Clean rooms.
Disliked: The pool was FREEZING! Well below 60 degrees.The room description was not accurate on both IHG and Bookings.com website (advertised as a "2 bedroom"...was not a 2 bedroom at all). The price of the room was EXTREMELY overpriced! Had to pay over $200/night...in Coldwater, MI...I can find a hotel room in a much larger city (Chicago, Milwaukee, Detroit) for cheaper.
