Indifferent and poor customer service...
Liked: Property in middle of badly needed renovation. Some of the paint still peeling and no baseboards. Tub should have been replaced as several chips
Disliked: The TV did not work and we were told we couldn’t change rooms and no compensation was allowed for the inconvenience.

Quiet location
Liked: The staff were welcoming and helpful. The facility and room were clean and comfortable. Bed, bedding, towels were all nice. It was easy to find, and the downtown is interesting to stroll.
Disliked: The room number signs on the 2nd floor are incorrect. The walls and floors aren't well insulated...noise from above and next to the room was a problem. There are two thermostats in the room...wall and window unit controls. Apparently, a remodel is in process but the hotel seems new. The elevator is slow and feels clunky. The pool was out of operation. I'd like to see breakfast include raisin bran, more fruit and nuts, plain yogurt.
