Liked: It was very hard to find transportation in Clovis, New Mexico. The staff assisted with successful transportation contacts. I do not know what we would have done without their help. Thank you!!!
Disliked: I wish the pool and hot tub would have been available. Once again, the staff was very accommodating and helpful with an option to use neighboring hotel's facilities. I went next door, however, their hot tub was out of order as well. No problem....I had a great swim...... Thank you!!No remote for exercise room TV. When I asked about it. The gentleman at the front desk said, "that's been missing for quite a while"......Huh?? No big deal, but not the answer I expected. All good..... maybe put a sign on the tv that it is not available so people won't look for a remote or ask.......

Not worth the price.

Liked: It was extremely clean but very noisy. First hotel I’ve stayed where walls seemed paper thin.
Disliked: The breakfast was mediocre. Omelets had American cheese slices inside, scrambled eggs looked dry but I didn’t try.
