Anytime I return to Fresno I will be staying there.

Liked: Beautiful room; very clean and homey decor. The best night's sleep I have had in a long time. I want one of the beds at home! And the front desk girl was very friendly and welcoming.

Terrible Staff Experience

Liked: After dealing with the staff there wasn't much to like.
Disliked: I stayed here for a concert and had a horrible experience with the staff. I was put in an ADA room that I didn't request and when I got into the room I quickly realized that the curtains didn't work. They are electronically controlled due to the room being ADA. When I looked at the curtain device the power cable was cut. I asked the front desk if there was any way to fix it, they said it was not possible and then told me the hotel is sold out and they couldn't do anything for me. We had no other option so we stuck it out.After returning from the concert we noticed the lights from the street were very bright and called down to the front desk to ask if they could provide a blanket or something to cover the window, but all we got from them was attitude and excuses. She told us that it was our fault we got put in that room due to booking last minute. I booked the hotel almost 4 months ago. That is not last minute last time I checked. When we told her that she hung up on us. We called back to talk to her manager and she hung up again. We called once again to get her manager's name and number. She finally gave it to us and hung up. The customer service here is atrocious and they are booking rooms that are not ADA-compliant which is illegal.

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: When I made the reservation I requested to check in a few hours earlier, and no one ever responded to my request. Also our room was not ready till 1 hour after check in time.
