Disliked: We arrived late, so the front desk representative who greeted us the first day couldn’t find the needed paperwork to complete for our service dog, she said to stop by the next day and they’ll have it ready for us. We did as directed. However, One of the staff members, who was working the following day was extremely rude. She was hinting that we sneaked the dog in and did not complete the paperwork (I specifically booked a property that is “pet friendly”, so there weren’t any reasons why we would “sneak” animal that is service certified
