Liked: I loved the layout of the entire building as well as the room
Disliked: There wasn't anything that I didn't like honestly

Overall positive

Liked: The breakfast had several good options and the staff when we arrived was friendly
Disliked: My card was charged for a room that I had cancelled and the front desk was unable to help me. I was advised to call my back to stop the charge.

Liked: The front staff was amazing. So polite and attentive.
Disliked: When I was searching for a room, I wanted one close to Paycor Stadium. This hotel was said to be in walking distance to Paycor. It clearly is not. That should definitely be corrected.
