Even though I stayed only one night it was very pleasant. The staff was very efficient; room was clean. It was a very pleasant experience.

Liked: Staff was very helpful and courteous. Check in was fast.
Disliked: Don't have anything bad to say.

Disappointing stay

Liked: My husband was the only one that ate the breakfast during our stay. He was pleased with it for the most part.
Disliked: We did not like that an exit door next to our room was constantly being slammed open and shut. It was very hard to get a good rest. I sleep with earplugs and that didn’t even drown out the noise. I did make the front desk aware, but was only given an apology. We were told some magnetic piece was missing and that’s why it was doing that. We also didn’t like the fire alarm going off during our stay…and when we arrived the elevators were not working. They were having technical issues I guess. We did not like that there was not a hot tub available. The pool also didn’t seem very clean to be honest. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were not. We also had an issue where we found a dirty washcloth mixed in with the clean towels. Unfortunately, we didn’t find that till the end of our stay
