Staff was wonderfully accommodating as we needed an extremely late check-in, and a very late check-out. Very helpful and friendly! Isreal was the desk clerk on duty and he was an excellent host. He took exceptional care of us, and always had a smile for us even if we were being a bit needy. Thanks Isreal!

Disliked: Pool area was cold and pool was not clean. I was disappointed that hot tub was closed. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because of hut tub. It would be nice to know ahead of booking

Liked: Everything was ok with few minor issues on check out which has still not resolved by the property manager.
Disliked: On check out the staff charged me extra and I questioned this and then he confirmed that they had made a mistake and would refund the difference and e mail me when this was processed but I have still had no confirmation or reply from this property or anyone. I would like your assistance to resolve this incorrect amount charged to my credit card.

Disliked: I didn't like that when looking for a hotel I made sure it had a pool and hot tub. The hot tub was out and didn't get any discount for not being able to use all of the facilities I paid for.
