Staff was wonderfully accommodating as we needed an extremely late check-in, and a very late check-out. Very helpful and friendly! Isreal was the desk clerk on duty and he was an excellent host. He took exceptional care of us, and always had a smile for us even if we were being a bit needy. Thanks Isreal!

Disliked: Went swimming with my daughter and the water was cold and the maintenance man adjusted the water temperature

Disliked: I do not like that. The fact that there was leftover stuff in my room and it was not cleaned out properly. I did not like the fact that I could not take a shower. Cause the water was too hot in the faucet to open it. It was really hard to stabilize it to have it in a stable temperatureit was really, really hard. To open the water faucet for the shower.Heand I got all burned with tdaughter

Disliked: Had 2 rooms. Shower broken in one of them. Toilet seat broke in another. Light burnt out in one of them. Everything electrical microwaves , clocks etc had to be plugged in.
