Liked: The room was big. Breakfast was neat. Staffs were nice. The room and the hallways were clean.
Disliked: I didn’t request it, but I think I was given a room designed for handicapped guests. The shower was spacious, and the drain was positioned in the center of the entire bathroom, making it difficult to walk around after showering. And I needed some fresh air, but I couldn't open the windows.

Liked: MY credit card was charged for the room and in addition for something else that was na not explained to me. Unacceptable!

Overall quite comfortable but avoid...

Liked: Comfortable room, though right next to an expressway so the soundproofing could have been a bit better.
Disliked: The breakfast was pretty awful. There was very little there that I would class as edible. I know this is the US but still.

Incredibly helpful staff and lovely...

Liked: We had our flight cancelled to return home at midnight and had to book our own accommodation as the airline could not help. We arrived at the hotel worrying about what to do and worrying about funds for the rest of the time whilst stuck in Chicago. Veronica on the desk took all of that worry away, ensuring we felt welcomed, calm and looked after. She was amazing from the minute we checked in. We were forced to book a second night due to our flight allocation and she ensured we would not have to move rooms and made what should have been stressful, stress free. We could not thank her enough.
