An excellent hotel with good...

Liked: The breakfast was good, however it would have been helpful to have a tray, so it wouldn't have been necessary to go back and forth several times. It was also convenient that coffee was available all day. The staff was extremely helpful. My flight was rescheduled an hour later than originally planned, and it was no problem being allowed to check out a little later than the official check-out time.
Disliked: The swimming pool was much smaller than the impression given on the hotel's website; it was too little for genuine swimming.

Liked: The location was near lots of stores and restaurants. Safe neighborhood.
Disliked: There was no employee at the desk when we arrived and we waited for a while for a woman that did not greet us kindly. When we realized that our assigned room reeked of cigarette smoke, we asked to change rooms and the lady seemed very annoyed. When we got to our new room it was very clean, but we were placed next to people that had their music turned up till 11:30pm. Paper thin walls, can hear everything. Bed was not comfortable.

Liked: That we could get tea at any time. Breakfast was basic but perfect. The rooms were spacious and clean. All the amenities available as a microwave and fridge worked perfectly. The only problem was that after 10:00 there was not a attendant at the front desk.

Good except for check in

Liked: She really had no good customer service in her. She did not explain anything just sat there took my money and was rude about it. I’m usually told where things are, rules, policy’s etc. She gave me a peice of paper and my keys and basically move out my way.
Disliked: Customer service at check in left a bad taste in my mouth
