Disliked: no restaurant onsite or close to property

Disliked: They will not call to comfirm your reservation And they said they are full so I ended up to look another hotel with my kids after came from a long tiring trip

Overall, I was pleased with...

Liked: It was very clean, I liked the Dove products available to me for use in the room
Disliked: I was not able to watch television because my remote may have needed new batteries. The front desk staff instructed me to come down to the front desk to retrieve the batteries. I was already settled in for the night and didn't want to come down to the front desk. I feel staff should have made sure this wasn't an issue without my help.

Liked: Clean, comfortable and affordable.
Disliked: Everything was great except the lady that worked at night. Staff was alright but they did lock the main doors on the hotel from the parking lot and the key card wouldn't let me in so i was stuck out in the cold and snow hoping the lady working would let me in. She just ignored me and then I found another entrance and asked her about that locked door and she said that she locked it but wouldn't tell me why.

Disliked: Staff took so long to be in the front desk had to wait more than 2 hours to check in
