My stay was good due...

Liked: I liked how my husband and I were able to check in early. We would have had to wait after arriving to the hotel around 8:00 AM but due to the help of the receptionist, he had Housekeeping prepare the room sooner.
Disliked: The carpet on the steps looked liked the carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced.

Liked: Location near the airport with the bus to the airport.
Disliked: All was good!

Liked: The shuttle service was ideal, about a 10 min ride to the airport, perfect for my early morning flight. Jill at the front desk at 4 am was just so nice! Made my morning all that much better. The hotel is perfect for an express stop, specially if you have an early flight from Midway.
Disliked: Its not the nicest space, but its just right for express stays.
