Exceptional

Liked: I loved how nice the staff were, and the free breakfast was amazing!
Disliked: I do not have anything negative to say about Holiday Inn!

No communication

Liked: Reserved because of indoor pool. Upon arrival there was a small sign that read the pool was closed. Nothing at all on the website. They offered a refund that would take days to process. Meanwhile I have to find another hotel and spend MORE money. Had to sit in lobby over an hour to cancel reservation and refund

Inconvenient

Liked: The price
Disliked: The air conditioning made a god awful noise every 3 minutes and they didn’t have warm breakfast which is the only reason we booked the hotel brand.
