Liked: Staff was great. I especially liked the attendant in the eating area. Also the person who checked us out on Sunday Morning. Sorry didn't get her name
Disliked: The person who checked us in was not like the rest. She seemed to not care about great customer service. She actually made the rest of the staff look bad.

Liked: The pillows were good. That was it!
Disliked: It was filthy! The room had a very foul odor. No linens for the sofa bed. My reservationsWere for me and my 2, 11 year olds. The carpet was nasty. There was a table in the room that had sticky gross all over it. The floors inside the lobby and breakfast room were so disgusting. We had to eat. The fruit? One banana that was rotten and squishy. The oranges and apples were wrinkled with old. The lady over breakfast was extremely rude. Nothing was stocked. They close down at 10, I get that, but a lady came in at a couple mins before 10 and asked for pancake mix and the attendant rudely snapped that they close at 10 and didn’t have she could not get any. Immediately after that the receptionist came in and got a yogurt and the attendant started immediately very loudly screaming at her. She told her that she just stocked the yogurt, which was still almost empty, but the attendant followed her back to the desk screaming the entire time. I was there with my children and many other patrons that were Pervy to all of this. Very rude very unprofessional and unacceptable.
