Overall, I give an 7.5-8...

Liked: Breakfast was good. The cinnamon buns were excellent with the coffee.
Disliked: I selected the property for the indoor pool and connivence to a medical enter. I stopped in on the way to the medical center for a quick looksie. I was informed the pool was closed due to a heater issue and appears to have been closed for several weeks if not a few months. They should’ve updated their Booking.com site info. With an ill family member and convenience to the hospital, I kept my 2 nite stay, however on my 2 nite stay next week, I will select a working indoor pool facility

It was good just hard...

Liked: Close to the freeway. Good Breakfast. Friendly staff.
Disliked: The elevator was not working. We had 2 in our party with mobility issues and the room was on the 3rd floor. We had called about 8pm to let them know we would be checking on late and they did not mention the elevator was broken.

I expect a refund.

Liked: The location and desk reception was good.
Disliked: No hot water in the shower(6:00 am), sink would not drain, Breakfast was served late because the staff did not show up.
