Disliked: That the door failed and I could not get back into my room. Desk clerk tried to figure it out. Finally got the door to open but I felt like a prisoner. I could not leave the room with any expectation of being able to get back into If I wanted to go to the lobby to buy a drink I had to stuff a wash cloth in the door to get back in. Not good. You need to know how to fix things that go wrong.
