What stay? I was scammed...

Liked: Yvette, desk clerk, was SUPER NICE, but could not refund my money with THEIR ERROR. It was NOT her personal fault but CRAZY COMPANY RULE! Yvette did apologize a thousand times…Bless.
Disliked: After I had paid for the room online $207, and had gone to pick up my key, they told me they couldn’t accept a prepaid card (although I had used one there several times like always when I am traveling). Again, card swiped, money off card, NO ROOM, no additional money on the card. Then, I asked since I have no room, no key, no money, it’s after midnight, what do I do? Response: It will go back on your card in 3 to 5 business days. I explained this is absolutely NOT acceptable. Needless to say, I got NO ROOM, NO REFUND! I was given management information on a piece of paper, but they could not be reached. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!

Liked: Room was large. Close to airportBreakfast was delicious (except the cranberry juice).Every staff member we met was attentive and friendly!
Disliked: We purchased a room with a pullout bed for one of our guests- but the mattress was wires and springs! Unusable. Seems like the announced renovations are badly needed. Our air conditioner didn’t function at all. The toilet had a leak in the seal and would “run” every few minutes all night long. Very noisy and hard to sleep. The minifridge wasn’t plugged in when we arrived: we tried to get it up to temp before we went to bed, but it was so noisy that we also ended up unplugging it and refilling our cooler to store our perishables. The cranberry juice for breakfast was really watery.
