Liked: It was close to an event I came into town for.
Disliked: The room I picked based on the pictures on Booking.com was occupied when we got our room keys. Bed wasn’t made food on the table, trash and the trash trashcan. I picked that room because of the shower chair because I have someone with me who has dementia. So I was given a different room, which was a standard King versus what I initially paid for which was executive king that since it had a sofa bed, it did not the standard. King was not enough room for us all to fit. It did not have a shower chair and I have to leave and I was told that it was the same price but actually if I had booked it through Booking.com, it would have been cheaper for me and I’m still awaiting in the adjustment would not recommend.Also,im booking.com. It says checking is at four when you get to the hotel actually says check it is at three on the wall.

Great location, nice staff

Liked: Great location with good shuttle service to the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: As with most hotels these days, it’s a little tired.

Exceptional

Liked: Staff was very friendly, from the shuttle, to check in, to breakfast and checkout. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful! The breakfast was exceptionally delicious. Love the pancakes and the sausage came out piping hot. There just isn't any ice right there, you have to go to the ice room which isn't far but not having ice where the food is can be inconvenient.
