EXHAUSTING within no access for...

Disliked: It wasn’t disability friendly. No handicap to push to enter the front door. Disability parkings was full. No access ride for me from garage. I was the driver and I got no choice but to park at garage. I relied on the crutches to walk all way to the hotel from garage. I was exhausted and my leg got swollen from a long walk.

Liked: The staff were great - very welcoming and helpful.
Disliked: Apparently our room on the second floor was located above the laundry room. It got noisy at times.

Liked: Breakfast was great, as were the breakfast rooms. Also, nice touch to keep frozen foods available for purchase.
Disliked: The hotel isn’t walking distance from downtown.

Disliked: Construction surrounding the hotel so parking and getting in and out was a bit dicey.
