Disliked: Bathroom sink was dirty, lots of hair

Disliked: Check in time is way too late at 4pm. You only get the room for 17 hours. Room was noisy on first floor by elevators.

Liked: Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: We selected one king bed, and she said I chose a standard room and no kings were available. But I booked the king. Also, we checked in late but the receptionist was not there, so we waited. We ended up going to the car to wait. We called and the phone rang for awhile, when she finally answered I asked if the receptionist was back because we were waiting. She says "umm I don't see you I'm right here." The same situation happened in the morning. Many of us were waiting to check out at 11 and no one was there.

Disliked: Front desk was training a person and they were not as welcoming as I would have liked. They were a little preoccupied.
