Disappointed with Holiday Inn Express

Liked: The location was good it was close to where my family lives that's why I was staying at the hotel so I can visit my family
Disliked: Our room was not clean after we left for the day and came back it still look the same the wastebaskets had not been emptied the bed had not been made we still had the same towels the bathroom had not been cleaned they didn't give out new cups everything looked the same they didn't clean off the table in front of the sofa bed just everything look the same we were very disappointed I couldn't sleep because I could hear the TV from the Fitness room so I had a terrible night sleep Saturday night. They were going to give us a new room but when we came back from being out for the day they had not prepared the new room so I just told them to forget it we stayed in the old room where nothing had been changed we were very disappointed and I told them that I could not give them a good rating because of that.
