Disappointing

Disliked: When we got there after traveling here for our dads celebration of life, we were told we couldn't have the 3 double queen rooms because there were none available, but we're putting us in single king rooms, yet I had these rooms reserved 2 months prior. We had 12 people so we needed all the extra beds. I was told "nothing we can do." they weren't willing to do anything to help us out and I had to argue with the desk clerk. After 20 minutes was told "we will have your rooms in 30 minutes, we have a housekeeper coming to clean them" so they just didn't have clean rooms at 8pmI asked if there were pull out beds or rollaway beds and was told no, but when we got to the rooms finally, each one had sleeper sofas.

Will not stay there again.

Liked: Location was nice for our purposes.
Disliked: The bathroom had pee spots on the floor, the bathroom shower stall window was dirty. No one cleaned our room while we were gone. Tge ice machines were both out of ice.
