Horrible experience the DEAD rat...

Disliked: We ended up finding bed bugs in our room when the night time came. I called the front desk and asked if they could come up and see them for themselves and CHRIS(front desk/audit) was rude from the jump. He stated that he could NOT leave the front desk due to being the ONLY one. So we ended up coming down and letting him know what’s up what we found. He was so rude off top like it was OUR fault or something. Chris couldn’t go up to our room, but could go outside to smoke with his nasty self. He TRIED calling my husband out to “handle it” outside & once he seen my husband WASN’T backing down he was like I’m about to call the cops. When he was the one who instigated this. It took for the manager to be called to “fix” our situation. She switched out room for the night since NOBODY had an opening and she FULLY refunded us our 2 nights we had planned to stay. She was so sweet and kind. In our 2nd room there was trash on the floor as if it had been used and not cleaned properly.
