TOO MUCH TROUBLE

Disliked: I was CHARGED TWICE for these rooms. And my reservation was modified through an agent with the property using booking.com's communications and my reservation was cancelled. I am not happy about this at all.

No sleep after paying to...

Liked: Reserved 2 queens and they gave us a junior sweet (king with a pull out). Pull out was flat and you could feel the spring. No sleep for the boys. Went to the front desk and said I reserved 2 queen room and they said they were fully booked. So, we were stuck with the springy flat pull out. Disgraceful.
Disliked: If you're going to have a pull out, have comfortable mattress. The couch was even uncomfortable to set on. Worn all the way out and poor quality.

Some parts of the hotel...

Liked: We were her for a cheer competition. The hotel staff made arrangements for the breakfast to open a little early to accommodate our team having to leave a bit earlier than when they were set to open allowing our team to get a quick bite before heading out to our event.
Disliked: When I booked I had requested a quiet room with two queen beds as my older son was possibly coming with us. Upon arrival we went to our room which was the door right next to the pool so I wouldn't consider this a quiet location with everyone coming and going to the pool. Then upon opening the door it was a king room. I went to the front desk and asked if I could switch. They informed me that they didn't have any queen rooms available and that when I book through booking.com they just get a msg for standard room which for them is a king bed room. After some discussion and explaining to them that I was not expecting my 21 year old son to sleep either on the floor as there was only a small chair in the room or with my 12 year old daughter they figured out a way to get us into a room that had a pull out couch. This was better but not great as it was extremely uncomfortable he said and I had to go get pillows and linens for it as they were not already in the room. The hotel also seemed to be doing construction near our room as they were drilling and banging starting fairly early in the morning which was frustrating for my son and husband who were trying to sleep.

Liked: I got the room but never was able to make it back to stay. So I rented the room and I never got to sleep there. I got held up at work so I was not able to enjoy the room. The only thing I did was check in walk to the room opened the door to make sure the room key worked and left. Was never able to make it back.
