not happy at all

Disliked: We emails ahead of time to do early check in and the person I spoke to said that would be fine and we could check in at 12. We arrived at 12 and we told our room wouldnt be ready until 3:00. So we had no place to go while we waited for our room. Then we went to use the hot tub and it was freezing. Th pool and hot tub were disgusting looking. The elevator floor was dirty for 2 days

Liked: The breakfast was very good. The hotel was clean and in a good neighborhood. I felt very comfortable there.

Disliked: No mat in the tub. It was very slippery. No liners in the trash can. We had to do it.

Would definitely recommend staying here!

Liked: Clean, friendly, convenient. Also, we had a medical emergency and the staff handled it wonderfully, getting the paramedics in and making sure we were comfortable.
