Liked: The location, staff, and breakfast were all good.
Disliked: There were two treadmills in the exercise room but I could not use either one because both of them were out of order. The Best Western that we stayed at the night before for $70 less was better.

Liked: The room was okay. Breakfast good.
Disliked: Pool/Spa were out of order (when we booked did not see this aspect). This was our half day of not traveling to WA state and planned to use the hot tub. Had to pay full price plus $75 per pet without all the amenities. I think the rate should have been discounted. The HIE in Amarillo, TX was nicer quality and better pet rate. Also, I would go higher than 1 ply on the TP. Had we been staying longer, I would have brought in our own. No grass on grounds for pet, across the street. Construction going on and parking lot had a lot of workers (one walked in the door with my mom standing there with walker to go out and this person did not offer to hold the door open - not HIE employee but on your grounds).
