Disliked: Staff were very poor I had hoped to use the swimming pool it was a disgrace and should not be advertised as a facility.

Disliked: The breakfast room is small. There are still remodel trailers all around the grounds. No yard for having a pet there

Liked: Price for one night was decent.. we went with Holiday Inn since we had family staying here as well.
Disliked: Our 1st impression was a muddied drive way with a large dumpster on one side (a family member said the pool was being worked on).. no explanation/Excuse our mess but ok. Check in: front desk guy was not friendly.. basically sign here and here, this is your room, breakfast is from 7-10No smile, thank you, nothing. I just took that as he had had a long day.. went up to the room real quick before we took off for the remainder of the evening-room was decent. There was still hair on the counter and floor in the rr that hadn’t been swept up. Check out morning-got up at 730 to shower.. housekeeping had only left TWO towels for a double bed room that accommodates four ppl-which is how many were in our party. I called down to the front desk and talked to a young girl-I believe her name was Kailey.. I asked for 2 additional towels. Her response was- housekeeping gets here around 9 and I’ll have them take some up then. I told her I needed to shower now so pls bring towels up and she said she’d put a sign up and bring them. She never did-my husband ended up going down and getting them-2 dingy looking off white towels. If we ever need to rent in this area-I’ll stay at Best Western.

Liked: Hotel was easy to access, clean and quiet.
Disliked: The clerk when we checked in was less than friendly. He was laying down when I walked in, I had to get his attention and he wasn't very professional. Never asked for my ID or looked at the name on the credit card. We didn't get the room we had booked. He questioned why we needed an extra set of sheets and a blanket. Everyone else we encountered was friendly and courteous.
