It was costly due to...
Liked: breakfast was fine, but the smell and toxic nature of the chemicals used to clean the floors made it impossible to eat there - had to take the food to my room. Also, at 9:10 am on a day when the breakfast ended at 9:30 am, there was no fruit left, no cinnamon roles, no oatmeal - all food should be available until the breakfast time ends, not just what is left from that morning's breakfast offerings.
Disliked: The chemicals used to clean the floors in the lobby and hallways was so toxic that I had repeated asthma attacks each time I came out of my room to use the elevator and go down to the lobby to get to my car. I had to go to Urgent Care at 2:30 am to get treatment for my asthma attack. You need to use more environmentally and physically safer products to do your cleaning - this resulted in a very unpleasant stay at your hotel.
