Disliked: Check in was a mess. We wanted to stay close together. But we’re all on different floors. Reservation had one name in backwards and the msn checking us in had a hard time finding the reservation. Even though the first and middle name were just reversed. The last name was the same. He had such an accent and talked so quietly I had a hard time hearing him

Liked: Convenient location. Modern interior. Professional staff.
Disliked: A neighboring property on my side of the hotel played music past midnight. It was tough to fall asleep. I forgot to bring earplugs.

Liked: We like the breakfast. We like how clean the room is.
Disliked: The Check-in counter could be more visible. At present, it is a combo of white color and autumn leaves and is next to a big sign of “market”, so it is easily mistaken as part of an exhibit rather than a business style reception desk. It is not always manned even though it is still late afternoon or early evening . Second, the TV, landline phone and USB didn’t work upon check in. It was corrected later but was annoying.
