Disliked: Thought it was closer to T station to get into boston

Liked: Nice hotel with comfortable, clean and spacious rooms. Good value for money and at a good location. Breakfast in the morning was okay but nothing special.
Disliked: TV in the breakfast room was too loud.

Disliked: I booked two rooms. Got there and was told that Booking.com only sent a request for one room and that I would have to take that up with them to get reimbursed. Now as I look at my reservation and my credit card statement, it shows that Holiday Inn is the one that charged me. You guys charged me for two rooms at a rate of $433 a piece...my price on my confirmation says the price per room was $333. ... and you guys charged me twice and we only got one room for 6 adults. Needless to say my husband and I gave the room to our friends and we drove all the way back to Maine because we didn't have a room. Long story short, you guys messed up pretty bad and I will be calling today to demand a full refund. I am NOT paying for two rooms and I'm not paying more than what I was quoted for one room. I personally think the mess up is bad enough that I should not have to pay at all!!!
