Comfy stay, close to downtown!

Liked: The room was great. The staff was friendly and helpful! The breakfast had great choices, including gluten free options! Overall, it was a great experience staying here!
Disliked: My kids were disappointed because the pool looked filmy and smelled like algae. There also wasn't adequate parking for guests. They did help us locate other parking options that we weren't aware of though. The hotel right next to it is under renovations, so it obstructed some parking.

Consistently friendly and accommodating airport...

Liked: My favorite hometown airport hotel! I frequently stay here when flying in and out of the local airport. The check-in process is effortless, the accommodations are comfortable and quiet, and the staff consistently provide service that is both professional and friendly. I always feel well taken care of.

Disliked: The noise from the people above us was horrible! I called down to have the front desk ask them to quiet down but I don’t think they even went up. They said they did but didn’t hear anything. I videoed it because it was absolutely obnoxious! And you’d definitely be able to hear them if you were outside their door!
