Disliked: Dirty room, blood splatter on the wallpaper in our room, got moved over to this hotel because the one we booked was overbooked. Charged for breakfast when we had free breakfast at the original hotel we had booked. Our room key didn’t work half the time. Every time we complained to the staff, they told us we would have to talk to a manager, whom was never there.

Disliked: Your cleaning staff walked in my room at 9:06am with no knock, and your front desk lady and management both said that it was protocol to do so even have them on camera saying so. Did file a police report so we'll see where it goes. Horrible customer service do not recommend!!!!
