Could have been a nice...

Liked: The front desk staff at check-in went above and beyond to address our concerns about the strong order in several rooms. She found us a room with very little odor.
Disliked: Three of the rooms we tried to check in to had a very strong cleaning or room freshener smell. It was so bad it made my throat itch and my asthma flare up. The coffee maker was broken in the room we finally checked into.

Very good

Comfortable, after being moved upstairs.

Liked: Thr AC was quiet. The bed was comfortable. The coffee downstairs was good. The young lady at the front desk in the evening was very apologetic about the box elders and moved us to an upstairs, better room.
Disliked: The box elder beetles in the room. The nasty pile on the ground under the portico. The location was way out of the way with no restaurant in close proximity. The manager in the morning was unapologetic about the box elders.

Liked: Close to where I needed to be , clean for the most part.
Disliked: Garbage by the elevator over flowing on the 4 floor

Short (unfortunately) but exceeded expectations.

Liked: Location was great. Only had coffee for breakfast.
Disliked: I don't often rate a hotel as high as this one. It was really very good!

Liked: I loved the room the breakfast was good. The pool was nice
Disliked: The room wasn't restocked with towels or bags

It was a GREAT stay....

Liked: The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast was great. The best night's sleep I've had away from home in an long time, beds were very comfortable. Staff were able to assist with an adjustment in my schedule to accommodate my stay, very thankful.
Disliked: Nothing
