Liked: The costumer service we received from the receptionist was awful.Time for her to look for another job.The hotel is outdated on itself but they are trying to keep it up to par.

Liked: The beds are comfortable.
Disliked: There were roaches in the room, and the front desk receptionist was throwing things and yelling. It was not a good experience at all. There were about 4 other witnesses when this took place. The phone kept ringing and she ended up disconnecting and throwing it, amongst other things. I really hope immediate action is taken because this turned a fun night into a bitter one.

Disliked: It's not like I didn't ask which card holds a deposit the least amount of time. If they aren't sure, go check. A security deposit has been held for a month now. Either don't accept debit cards or use your leverage against the processing company to refund deposits faster.

Liked: he hotel was well located, and I’m aware that during my stay there was a major conference taking place in Austin.The hotel itself is decent and reasonably priced for the time and location. However, I was disappointed to find that the pool, which was mentioned in the description, was not really functional or usable. It was more like a small, poorly maintained rooftop tub.The gym was also very small – suitable for only two people at a time.Additionally, the breakfast offered was very basic and could definitely be improved.
