Great Sleep.

Liked: I had several GREAT nights of sleep. I even looked up how to buy the comforter and pillows for home. Way to expensive for me but wow. Phenomenal
Disliked: I really wish they would offer real eggs and better sausage. My only complaint is the breakfast. I can't eat those eggs..yuck

Other than the booking issue...

Liked: Our company frequently books with you almost weekly. Location is great. Rooms are comfortable for our staff.
Disliked: Normally booking is pretty easy and staff is very hospitable, but when I called to book over the phone I received a lot of push back, attitude, and unprofessionalism. Our employee had stayed there for weeks/ months now and I myself had communicated with the general manager and submitted a form to put my card on file and mentioned that to the front desk and she gave me attitude and stated " Well I don't have that" and " Well you gave it to her not me and guess what she's not here." I was told that it would be easier to book if I submitted the company card information but it was harder. She'd place me on really long holds and tend to other guests instead. I had to call twice. The second time was after hours and I had no access to the card information in my corporate office, because the manager called to mention an error in reservation. I understand having a bad day, but being unhospitable to frequent paying customers doesn't seem fair. To avoid it I just book our employee's room through third party websites.
