Liked: The hotel was very clean. The king bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have a pool view.
Disliked: Having.to turn on the hall light before being able to turn on the bathroom light was odd but this was a minor issue.

Hopeless

Liked: Breakfast was convenient although very basic
Disliked: No,hot water, staff didn't address issue, room was not up to scratch, not enough bedding for booked occupants. Air con was beyond noisey, ridiculously loud
