Good basic hotel but with...

Liked: Breakfast buffet was good, and bathroom was nice and fridge in the room meant we could have cold drinks and snacks etc whenever we wanted.
Disliked: Room cleaning wasn't done for a few days, and the AC unit in the room was very noisy and there was a weird smell in the room which maybe came from the laundry room.The location is good for Downtown and Rainey Street areas, but the immediate area is rough, and not nice to walk around late at night.

Great location

Liked: This hotel has a great location, the rooms are very clean and comfortable and the breakfast is good. The cleaning and breakfast staff are very polite and helpful.
Disliked: I arrived on time for the 3pm check in, however the room was not ready and I had to wait almost one hour to be able to access my accomodation. The staff at the front desk were not rude, but they weren't particularly nice either, you can tell they're not exactly thrilled to be working with customer service.

Liked: It was perfectly located for us to board the coaches taking us to COTA each day. A 5 minute walk from Waterloo Park.
Disliked: The air conditioning machine in the room was very noisy.

Liked: Breakfast had many options and was hot and fresh everyday! The Staff was kind and very responsive to any issues that arose during my stay!
Disliked: No hot tub!!!
