I wouldn’t stay here again....

Liked: The room was clean and the staff at the front desk were helpful.
Disliked: My young daughter and I were woken up around 9am to someone trying to get into our room. I had the metal latch on the door so whoever it was kept ramming the door into the latch trying to get into the room. That noise woke me and my young daughter up. She was very scared and I was very annoyed. I can only assume it was the cleaning staff trying to get in since they would be the only ones with a key card. Checkout was at 11am so I’m not sure why they were trying to get into a room that was obviously still occupied- there was a do not disturb sign on the outside door handle and my cpap machine is very loud. The cleaning woman wasn’t happy that I was going down to get a luggage cart at 10am. Every time I went in and out of my room she would ask if I was done. I felt rushed to checkout with the cleaning staff waiting at my door and it put such a negative cloud over an otherwise fun trip for my daughter and myself. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Disliked: Lies about the room. On booking.com, it was shown to have two bedrooms. In reality, it was just one room.
