Liked: Clean and up to date.
Disliked: The receptionist gave me a hard time checking in. First told me I didn't pay yet. Showed him the confirmation then changed it to we need a card on file, I showed him the card then he told me he couldn't use a that card it must be the one used on the booking. When I told him it's the same card I used to book he then said I couldn't use that type of card. After asking why, he took the card and processed the deposit hold on that card he said he couldnt take. I felt like all that was unnecessary.

Liked: The choices for breakfast were extremely good and the best bacon ever, nice and crisp! The location was easy and very close to Fort Gordon where our son/grandson was graduating from a class there.
Disliked: The sofa bed in our room which we planned to use had no sheets or pillows provided. At 11:00 p.m. when that was discovered, we had to go to desk and pick up some. The clerk ws very congenial and willing to get them for us. Didn'tget pillows since we forgot to ask for them but since there were 4 on the kingsize bed, we used one of those.

Disliked: Elevator was dirty, one day during my stay, water was coming out kind of brownish from the toilet and the bathtub. Bad experience.

Very Fun & Highly recommend....

Liked: Did a staycation so it was conveniently located to all things I need as well as home in case of emergency.
Disliked: The only Downside was my tv didn’t work lol. But other than that it’s a really awesome hotel.

Wish that it was cleaner...

Liked: The customer service at the front desk was great. He was very professional, smiling, and had a welcoming greet,.not only for me but I watched him from a distance with other customers and I could tell he liked his job. Kudos to him. Its employees like him that keeps people coming back.
