Liked: I Loved the Breakfast it had so many choices and was very good. My room was very clean and the staff was exceptionally nice and friendly. I really enjoyed Paris who works at the front desk and Craig who does the breakfast. They are both very precious people.
Disliked: I didn’t like being able to hear the people in the room above me walking across the floor.

Liked: Staff help, breakfast, laundry facilities and comfort and the bed were wonderful and comfortable. The staff and the maid service were great. I needed quarters and the front desk offered that. I also like the fact that you could get coffee all the time.
Disliked: I would have liked a hot tub or jacuzzi tub however, I could not find that on the website as an option. if that is available, I would like to know how to get those rooms. I would like to be able to check in earlier then 3 o'clock I wish the check in time was at 1:00. We drive straight through from Minnesota, and we are exhausted after a 10-hour drive.

Liked: Front desk clerk was dealing with a fire alarm malfunction (all alarms and strobes were engaged for several hours). He kept his head and managed his way through the event rather well.All staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent.
Disliked: The facility doesn’t appear to be as clean as it used to be. Bedroom carpet is stained. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Shower stall floors are losing the anti slip decals. I nearly fell several times. Also, 3 of 4 ice machines were out of order.
