Liked: Clean and normally comfortable.
Disliked: The fact that Laurie would not accommodate me in switching my room away from the end of the hallway. Because the guest are not notified of their room number until they arrive at the hotel I’m sure my room could have been changed. After I checked in other guests were checking in up until after 11:00 p.m. Also the very noisy air conditioning unit right outside the room which kept me awake All and I mean All Night. This is the only time I’ve ever had a problem when staying at this property. I may have to look for other options for my next stay at a hotel. I have been in the Hotel Hospitality industry for over thirty years and I know what can and cannot be done. I have been a Housekeeping Supervisor for the most part. I hope that in the future the staff would try harder to accommodate the guests it would be greatly appreciated.
