Room was smaller than in most HIE but adequate for the two of us for a short stay. Excellent service though.

Liked: Excellent service and very clean and pleasant.
Disliked: If you're a light sleeper, the street noise will bother you. Bring a fan or something to drown out the noise.

Would never stay again

Disliked: The staff never answered the phone. I tried to call down from my room several times and nobody answered. The lady at the front told me that one of the phones was broken. My tub would fill up with water. The tv in my room never worked. Online it says the incidental fee is $50 but it’s $100. Additionally the breakfast bar made me sick. The male staff with the dreads was rude to other customers. Everytime I’d walk past they’d be standing around on their phone. One of my keycards didn’t work. The lights in the bedroom wouldn’t turn off (the ones on the end tables) I had to unplug them. In the middle of my sleep something underneath the end tables broke. Wish they let you add videos on here cause I have recordings.

Disliked: We paid for a queen room but the bed was a full size. Room was extremely small

Liked: It was walking distance from the destination I was going to. Friendly staff. Clean room.
Disliked: The air conditioner did not work but it was just cool enough in Atlanta where we didn’t need it much.

Liked: Check in was busy, but efficient. My name on the reservation was backward in their system, but the front desk staff worked through it,
Disliked: We were in a suite, And the AC didn't work in the bedroom. The suite was small enough that the AC In the main room was able to cool the bedroom.
