Room was smaller than in most HIE but adequate for the two of us for a short stay. Excellent service though.

Liked: Excellent service and very clean and pleasant.
Disliked: If you're a light sleeper, the street noise will bother you. Bring a fan or something to drown out the noise.

Disliked: I got a different room than the one I booked. But during vacation I treat such mistakes with a smile and don't complain..Breakfast on plastic plates with plastic cutlery :(. Terrible...

Liked: The location was perfect! The beds were comfortable, the bathroom and the room was very clean
Disliked: Doesn’t have parking, you have to pay extra for the Valet and the price is not cheap, so considere a few hundred bucks extra for parking

Liked: The fact that it was available when my other hotel reservation was cancelled made me appreciate it very much. I had a room!
Disliked: The room felt dank. no photos, no room counter to put things on in the bathroom.

Liked: The room was very clean and had everything we needed for a 1 night stay. We came for a concert and it was half a Nile from the venue which was amazing. Breakfast was also wonderful!
Disliked: There was some construction(?) Going on in a room above us or near our room that started fairly early so there was a consistent banging that woke us up.
