Worst hotel experience ever

Liked: Air conditioner in room didn't work. No clean towels. They tried to put me in a different room than what I reserved. The front desk clerk kept telling me to contact booking.com for all my issues.

Disliked: I really didn't like the fact that the TV situation is so low class when everything else is so high quality. I mean no TV guide button to choose what u wanna watch no option to buy a movie..jus flip through the channels till u find something tolerable.. I mean come on do better
