Nice facility

Liked: Clean room and facilities
Disliked: Security deposit TV had info bar at the bottom of the screen that wouldn’t go off.

Great experience other than the...

Liked: Great breakfast! Quality food. Friendly staff, quick check in. Noise level was quiet. Rooms were very comfortable. Bedding was very good. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!
Disliked: A couple of minor things I noticed was our room air conditioner took forever to get down to a comfortable temperature for our family. The shower had a few small cracks in the wall. The shower was a little rickety for my comfort. Otherwise, our stay was perfect. The hotel is a little tricky to get too off the interstate. If they were able to place more signage to direct traffic to the hotel that would help travelers out. Great place and great staff!

Exceptional

Liked: Location was easy to find. Staff was welcoming and friendly at check in. Beds were very comfortable!
Disliked: Further than anticipated from my point of interest. Breakfast lady was very unfriendly and seemed to be bothered. Slamming doors, running into the tables, spilling our coffee everywhere.

Liked: The location, cleanliness, and comfort was all a 10! Additionally the price was great!

Liked: Not too much about the place. The room looked out on a commercial area and the blinds didn't begin to block out the light coming into the room.
Disliked: The coffee maker in the room did not work, and the breakfast did not look appetizing, so we didn't eat there. When we checked out, I tried to tell the receptionist but she was on the phone and barely acknowledged the issue. Also when we checked in the other receptionist called me "Honey" and another similar familiarity, and I really don't like that.
