Superb

Liked: We loved the room and the staff were charming
Disliked: There was a hockey tournament in town so people running up and down the halls at night, couldn't get thru the lobby, crazy!

Stay was quiet and comfortable.

Liked: Liked the quick check-in. Liked that the hotel was quiet and family friendly. Not overly busy. Pool and hot tub was open and not busy. Breakfast was good.

Liked: Bed mattress was VERY comfortable. Breakfast: Fair to good. Did not care for the hot food in chafing dishes for the breakfast offered.Serving staff, however, were visible often to keep all filled.
Disliked: Room TV was ridiculous; per Front Desk, Comcast had reset the channels recently so NO TV guide was available, forcing the customer to slowly browse through dozens of numbered channels. No exhaust fan in bathroom, so condensation was around too long. Heating system was either Too hot or too cold in the room.

We only stayed one night...

Liked: The breakfast was decent, much like every other hotel breakfast though. Nothing exceptional. The bedding was excellent, the mattresses were kind of meh as far as comfort. The pool was nice and it was great to have an hot tub, though one side of the jets were not working. The hotel itself was very clean and smelled nice and the staff was very friendly and that is a big plus in my book!
Disliked: The hot tub could have been hotter and one side of the jets weren’t working.
