Booking.com dropped the ball

Liked: It was a nice stay
Disliked: The hotel did not have a room reserved for me through Booking.comI had to pay for the room off of my debt card and Book8ng.c9m has already taken payment from my account, so now I am trying to get my money back from Booking.com and Afterpay.

It was ok

Liked: The staff was very friendly. Close to the event. Close to stores.
Disliked: Breakfast was ok, cold.There is little insulation in the rooms so you hear everything upstairs and next door and I mean EVERYTHING. The rooms need updating. The bathroom had scuffs all over the trim and door.
