Disliked: Breakfast food not acceptable quality

Don't know if it's worth...

Liked: The location was good. Free breakfast
Disliked: Shower head didn't have a normal setting. You couldn't use the Bathtub because the seal wouldn't work and it just drained out water. A lot of the TV channels didn't work.

Pleasant

Liked: Convenient location near I-40 and I-25. Well-lit parking.
Disliked: The place was sufficient for an overnight stay on our way elsewhere but wouldn't pick this place for anything longer than one night. Elevator broken, hot tub broken, TV broken, things falling off the wall in the room.

Disappointing

Disliked: Short staffed, Not Clean facility, breakfast area was very small and packed, there was only 1 person handling everything and there was no additional help to pull and place things for the guests.

Exceptional

Pleasant surprise staying at HIE...

Liked: Breakfast was great, parking was convenient and safe. Room was large, clean, comfortable beds. Good size refrigerator and microwave. Large TV with cable. Easy to set HVAC.
Disliked: Walls were kind of thin so could hear shower and noise above. Not a deal breaker.

Hotel was clean and quiet.

Liked: breakfast was extensive. we enjoyed it.
Disliked: coffee
